So what is the next step(s) for the test suite?

Should a RfR be started <http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/wiki/Approval>?

Is this test suite sufficient re the CR exit criteria?

Should the test suite be added to the Framework 
<http://w3c-test.org/framework/>?
