Re: [w3c/manifest] BREAKING CHANGE: Replace "badge" with "monochrome" (#833)

I was able to find [monochrome monitors](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monochrome_monitor), such as green text on black backgrounds. (Confusingly, monochrome monitors are specified as two colours - foreground and background.) 

I don't think that using single-color means that we are dumbing down the term. 
Many, many examples of monochrome are greyscale and black and white. "Single colour" is a bit more specific, as the displayed image can be displayed in any single colour.
