Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Provide a lightweight mechanism to add styles to a custom element (#468)

I think it would be cool to give us the option to include multiple stylesheets on a web component.

I can imagine a usecase where someone would want to include a css library + some custom rules on his web component. Lets say I create a web-component library and I want to use bootsreap + my own project-wide stylesheet. It would be great if I had a nice and clean way to do that. A way that would preferably not involve copy-pasting the contents of the 2 stylesheets.
