(Along the lines of `The <dfn export>default referrer policy</dfn> is <a>"<code>strict-origin-when-cross-origin</code>"</a>.` in RP and `... set <var>request</var>'s
    <a for=request>referrer policy</a> to the <a for=/>default referrer policy</a>.` here in Fetch.)
