Re: [w3c/manifest] Fixes #813 (#814)

Gentle reminder to make always make sure the commit/PR messages are clear in what’s actually changing or being fixed. We depend on the commit messages to generate the list of substantive changes - otherwise we need to go to each pull requests, which is very time consuming (or worst, we have rewrite history on the main branch 😱).
