I guess I should also mention that, since this is blocking https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/3316 which is a quite old issue (going back to https://github.com/w3c/ServiceWorker/issues/1212), maybe we should implement my minimal-delta proposal first, and then worry about cleaning up this larger space (especially the Encoding byte streams mess) later. -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
