Some of these might be less Fetchy than others, but what about `dns-prefetch`, `preconnect`, `prerender`, `modulepreload`, and any of the other pieces of [`LinkRelAttribute::LinkRelAttribute()`](https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/WebKit/Source/core/html/LinkRelAttribute.cpp?rcl=36e99a557191d54179c546cc9fdcd323508a2365&l=54) that route through Fetch?
