I can't believe I fixed that in the test suite but not in the spec. o_O

There doesn't seem to be a Chromium bug for this. However, [issue 740094](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=740094) (and more specifically, [this diff](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/1278739add31c47c73d424dc561500973d4cbe4d%5E%21/#F16)) seems to fix the problem. Not sure how we should proceed here. File a bug against Chromium and reference it from [issue 740094](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=740094)?
