While the name is unimportant to me, I agree with @matthew-dean that `<shadowroot>` may not be optimal. It sounds more like a technical term browser implementors would use than a term that describes the function of the element which a regular html author would find intuitive. `<template>` for example is nice and descriptive of its function. Would `<capsule>` be a more expressive alternative to `<shadowroot>`? Native English speakers will likely have better ideas than I.
