Discussed in [tokyo f2f](https://cryptpad.w3ctag.org/code/#/1/view/TutVXt+MSZTzQmuNeMrHXg/exTf44AJ0kJSdxfe2TNzKjYoYFos1cbxppVwfGztRtM/). Resolution was : “We don't think .well-known is best place to do boot-strapping. We propos SRV - if there needs to be extra structured data-or sub-origins then .well-known is an option.”
