Chrome and Firefox efforts seem to call that boundary "site", which is also reasonably understandable. So to add to your bikeshed, I'd argue for `From-Origin: same-site`. The other thing we need to make concrete is for which responses this applies. Pretty much everything but top-level navigations? (For bonus points, would it apply to OSCP?
