[w3c/uievents] Editorial: Inconsistent Choice of “Descendant”/“Descendent” (#166)

Both appear to be valid spellings.

“Descendent” is used six times.
“Descendant” is used twice.

XPath uses “descendant”, so that seems like the better choice.
