Re: [heycam/webidl] Add post-processor (#460)

LGTM, but do you think it's a hazard having the grammar post-processing in two places, one in an npm package and one in a `<script class="remove">` in the document? It seems a bit better to me to just remove the dynamic script thing and require Node.js for building.
