domenic commented on this pull request. Went through, made some tweaks, and things look good in the spec text. I didn't yet sync with the reference implementation (mostly step re-ordering I think)... I don't understand the indirection of TransformStreamDefaultSinkTransform/TransformStreamDefaultSinkInvokeTransform. Why are they separate?
