Re: [w3c/manifest] Allowing only site-triggered install prompt (#627)

Google is toying with a new way of doing this.

Ie. they might stop prompting by default when the engagement threshold is triggered, but allow the site to do it after that point.

@mgiuca might be able to tell more.
