Sure - The point then is that the only way we get something really useful that we can use to deliver great experiences to our users with is if it has a massive ecosystem that is constantly bombarding it with new updates, features, components, tooling, etc.  

You brought up http2, intermittent internet connections, screen readers, offline access, etc. and the above presentation covers all of that, so you might want to have a look.
