`<noscript>` is **not a solution**, as already explained in other 23456789 posts.

Nobody yet has offered an alternative way to create `<li>`, `<tr>`, `<td>`, or `<input>` that works before components gets asynchronously loaded, registered, and promoted.

There is no need to necro-bump this thread re-stating what's been said already, it's not beneficial to anyone in here.
