I prepared a complete [gb-18030-pua-changes.txt](https://github.com/whatwg/encoding/files/856444/gb-18030-pua-changes.txt) datafile that indicates the PUA change that occurred in the 2005 update, and what we can expect for the forthcoming update for the 24 remaining PUA characters by applying the same pattern.
