[w3c/uievents-key] "numer-pad" [sic] (#38)

https://w3c.github.io/uievents-key/#key-NumLock says:

> The NumLock or Number Lock key, to toggle **numer-pad** mode function for interpreting subsequent keyboard input.

Presumably "numer-pad" should instead be either "numpad" or "numeric keypad".
