I'm wondering if this actually works tho (i.e., the values are actually applied without installation). I honestly don't know.

Again, I'm not disagreeing: I just don't want to set unrealistic expectations and then for people to complain to the Chrome team when their implementation doesn't do certain things (e.g., apply `theme_color`).
