[whatwg/streams] ReadableStreamTee returns undefined `branch1` and `branch2` (#449)

The ReadableStreamTee function declares `branch1Stream` and `branch2Stream`, but tries to return `branch1` and `branch2`.  I assume the return line just wasn't updated at some point in the past.
