Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Update attachedCallback to connectedCallback. (#491)

This is from a decision made during the editor's meeting, so there shouldn't be any IPR issues. Please ignore the failing check (we will update the travis checker very soon, which will allow the editors to ignore these kind of minor issues).
