Re: [whatwg/dom] Node.prototype.rootNode is not Web compatible (#241)

Yet another alternative is to add a method like `findRootNode` instead of an attribute.  @annevk pointed out on #whatwg that we could add more options like `piercing: true` in the future if we did that.
