Re: [webcomponents] Consider exposing Shadom DOM and Custom Elements only in secure contexts (#449)

Don't want to be a wet blanket, but I am torn on this. On one hand, seems like a good thing (TLS FTW). OTOH, this would severely impact the simpler use cases, such as just using a component on an existing site.
