[selection-api] setBaseAndExtent() and setPositon() should be marked as "deprecated" (#67)

setBaseAndExtent() and setPositon() are introduced by Blink/WebKit. setBaseAndExtent() doesn't match in current term "anchor" and "focus". setPosition() is a just alias of collapse().
