Re: [w3c/manifest-csp] Change status to unofficial (closes #8) (#9)

Thanks for gardening! I'm not aware of any implementations, so unofficial status is appropriate to not set false expectations. Could also gut this, but perhaps as an UD this is harmless.

TBH, I had actually forgotten the existence of this spec, otherwise I'd have done the same myself :-)
