Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Allow or prohibit observedAttributes to observe 'style' attribute? (#521)

I'm not sure my recollection is perfect, but if I recall the conclusion was that if authors want to opt in to the slow thing, they should be able to observe style attribute changes. We shouldn't have exceptions in the platform that simply reflect specific implementation difficulties for some browsers.
