Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Disabling tabindex across potentially many shadow roots (#520)

Did you really intend to file this issue on the issue tracker for W3C web components specifications.

The problem described here seems to be:
 - A bug in browser that focusable element makes animation slow even if it's not visible in the viewport
 - Something a library / framework should workaround for a specific browser.
