[whatwg/xhr] "subresource" destination doesn't exist (#71)

https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-xmlhttprequest-send, step 5, mentions that the request destination should be "subresource".

However, "subresource" doesn't exist in https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-request-destination.
