Re: [w3c/webcomponents] Events whose composed flag should be true (#513)

Thanks.  Since MutationEvent is not supported in a shadow tree, we have to update `DOMActivate`, `DOMFocusIn`, `DOMFocusOut` and `keypress` events.
Let me send a PR for these events.
