Re: [IndexedDB] Redesign propagation path (#66)

I figured the whole path might be easier for Shadow DOM since it currently defines obtaining the path as an algorithm, but we could probably change that somehow to just be an algorithm for finding the parent.

@hayatoito, does that seem reasonable?
