Re: [fetch] expand Request.destination with more granular values (#211)

I think with that, and rebasing and squashing if you would, this can land. (Though I might review it one last time to be sure.) I'd also appreciate a clear summary of the changes in the body of the commit message. The title of this PR seems good enough for the commit title.

Thanks a lot for working on this by the way, I think it's a big improvement.
