Re: [fetch] Aborting a fetch (#27)

@WebReflection Indeed, we morphed the polyfill to be a module. Otherwise, as you mention, our custom `fetch` function wouldn't be available in modern browsers such as Chrome.

The point is to show an actual use case to help find a solution for this feature.
