Re: [w3c/webcomponents] :focus behavior of delegatesFocus:true will be confusing for users (#554)

Regarding the examples, my proposal would have `date-input:focus` match for 1, 3, 4, 6. Focusable is not the same as being in the tab order. If you write `<p tabindex=-1>Some text</p>` and then click "some text", you will see a focus ring appear.
