Re: [manifest] camelCase more suitable to JSON and JS API (#72)

It would be nice if we could revisit this with regards to `short_name`, `splash_screens`, `start_url`, `theme_color`, `related_applications`, `prefer_related_applications`, and `background_color`... It's a bit jarring to have to use underscores in JSON.
