Re: [editing-explainer] ContentEditable with UserSelect=None needs to be documented (#20)

@kojiishi caret movement has now also been turned into an intention, see https://github.com/w3c/editing-explainer/commit/c81ca2d2ff4b9d09d7db59b8db018e65ebc6ed88 .

There is nothing yet about mouse clicking intentions. I wonder a bit on how/what to write about that.
