Re: [editing-explainer] ContentEditable with UserSelect=None needs to be documented (#20)

As for the use case brought up by @rniwa , I do believe there was consensus way back (although it never made it to the spec as Aryeh was not longer active) that this kind of atomic behavior should be achieved on children of contentEditable=true by setting them to contentEditable=false.

For children of contentEditable=typing, I am not sure we need to take a stance, and this should probably be left to the author to determine via scripts. Using contentEditable=false on children might be ok as well, or the author could decide to use user-select:all instead.
