Re: [editing] Definition of "Invisible elements" is vague (#68)

Right. Should we just create a list of every type of element we consider to be invisible maybe? Some things are invisible already before applying CSS (such as comment nodes), whereas others are invisible after applying CSS (such as when display:none; is applied).
