Karl - today Hixie closed related bug 15495
(https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=15495). Does that fix
(http://html5.org/tools/web-apps-tracker?from=7449&to=7450) address the issue
you raise in this bug (18796)?

FWIW, I agree it seems a bit strange to have what appears to be normative text
about code 204 in the non-normative Section 1 and that text does appear to
contradict what is said in Section 5 re all other codes not listed here must
cause the UA to fail the connection.

Hixie - should the information about code 204 in Section 1 be removed (as Karl
suggests)?
