Having said that, testing it and adding a note to XMLHttpRequest would
definitely be useful. And maybe we should address it in XMLHttpRequest as
XMLHttpRequest is the only API that hooks into Fetch that can have a custom
Authorization header (thus far), and before Fetch is worked on again will be a
while.
