          Priority: P2
            Bug ID: 19911
          Assignee: dglazkov@chromium.org
            Blocks: 14949
Summary: [Explainer]: Mention Custom Pseudo-Elements in
                    Explainer
        QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: miket@opera.com
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: Component Model
           Product: WebAppsWG

Currently there's no mention of custom pseudo-elements in the explainer. Seems
like that would fit in section 6.3 CSS and Shadow DOM.
