Thank so much for going through the spec so carefully and logging this bug.

I believe that I took care of all of these except this one that I was unsure
of:

For #3, I can't find the text you want replaced. Are you talking about the
paragraph just before the 2 notes in IDBFactory.Open()?

If so, is what you originally proposed to replace that still what you're
proposing?
