Summary: Define |[TreatNonCallableAsNull] Function?| as a
builtin
Product: WebAppsWG
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: WebIDL
AssignedTo: cam@mcc.id.au

Currently, WebIDL define the [TreatNonCallableAsNull] extended attribute and
callbacks, both of should only be used for event handlers. It would be better
to just define, say, DOMEventHandler and remove the generalized stuff.
