As a sequence or array type?  Then it couldn't be distinguishable with those
interface types.  It seems more likely to be used in an API to me than needing
to distinguish a dictionary and a sequence type.

Because the overload resolution algorithm and the type conversion algorithms
aren't in sync?  I'll fix that.
