[XHR2] Editorial: OPENED State

Hi,
   This is feedback on the XMLHttpRequest Level 2 draft.

In section 3.2 Ready States, the "OPENED" state is defined, but 
following those definitions, the spec calls it the OPEN state:

   "The OPEN state has an associated send() flag..."
