[Element Traversal LC] Thanks EOM

Protocols and Formats Working Group has reviewed the Element Traversal
specification.

We see strong benefits to disability access from the functionality
that this adds.

We found no accessibiliy holes in the technical terms of the  
specification.

Thank you for your work on this technology and best wishes for a
swift and trouble-free remainder of the track to Rec.
