Ok, used that term under conforming XML user agent.

I tried making this more clear too.


This should all be under  
http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/XMLHttpRequest/Overview.html#conformance  
once the W3C script for generating the final HTML version starts  
responding properly again.
