Some ECMAScript binding tests

Hi list.

I’ve been doing some tests lately to see how the ECMAScript bindings are
actually handled in some browsers, to inform the Bindings4DOM spec:

Other ideas for tests or comments on what’s the best way to specify a
particular aspect of the bindings are welcome.
