[ElementTraversal] Editorial: property vs. attribute

This spec defines the ElementTraversal interface which has five attributes  
as its members. However it refers to them as "properties". This is  
inconsistent with other DOM specs. Why are they called properties in this  
spec? Could it be changed for consistency with other specs?
