suggested clipboard use case

Was just looking at the Clipboard document, and have a suggested use 
case for copying-and-pasting citation metadata enhanced content:

User selects text from a web page. When copying it into their 
word-processing application, the citation metadata travels with it, and 
the word-processor automatically adds the appropriate citation to the 
document.
